Jewelry for Tango

After years of being a gallery curator and editor, Tango allows me to follow my other unique passion. Jewelry for Tango. Hand crafted and unique jewelry. Think Necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, brooches and more. Always lightweight and easy to wear, and pieces that will enhance your tango experience.

Currently, the jewelry pieces are from Galería de obras hidráulicas located in the Pacific Northwest. In 1985, I created and founded this contemporary gallery. More ever, the gallery was a lot of hard work to develop. However, this entity has grown to become a major gallery well established gallery in the Pacific Northwest.

Primarily, I curate and have assembled many jewelry collections. Jewelry is wearable artform, pieces are worn to adorn the body. Jewelry enhances the visual experience for both the wearer and the viewer.

Nowadays, these showcases are unique collections of jewelry created by artists based in Washington state, Oregon, New Mexico, and internationally. Always looking out for new and unique jewelry pieces to add to this site. Importantly, these collections of jewelry are to be worn for tango.

Jewelry presented on this page is made out of sterling silver, a bit of gold, bronze, lampworked glass and the found and recycled object. The pieces are easy to wear and mostly very lightweight. Most of the artisans represented by the gallery are very small operations. And my favorite part, the totally small production runs of hand made jewelry work very well with the unique and one of a kind pieces.

A necklace, earrings or bracelets, let me know.
