Tonight as the year changes, I hope you will be friends and family, as we all wish for a new year filled happiness, friendship, love and calmness. I lift a glass of champagne and toast.

Argentina opened to the world on November 1, and the trickle of foreigners into the country increases daily. Recently, walking in the streets I heard French and Russian spoken.
