Tango Dancing
The city has healed from the pandemic, and now we are dealing with a different problem. This city has become more expensive than it used to be. The exchange rate is now close to 1200 pesos per dollar. The government has now printed some large bills, 20,000 and 10,000 peso bills, which makes shopping so much easier than before, when you were essentially carrying a huge sack of 1,000 peso bills.
The city is not as crowded as in past winters. There is a different energy in the city. Now, visitors from the USA and Europe are starting to show up, but not in the droves as they did recently. With them comes their dinero, and somewhat of a price sticker shock. But in the long term, I am thinking this will be much better for the city and country that many of us have called home in the winter months. What is new is budgeting and cooking at home.
Looking for tango milongas

My favorite part is that Hoy-Milong.com now offers over 20 daily events. To make your life easier while in Buenos Aires as an iPhone user, consider downloading the app. Hoy-Milonga – the app. Hopefully, a droid version is in the works.
So, visit Buenos Aires, come dance, eat, drink, and enjoy all that Buenos Aires and Argentina offer. Let’s have a coffee together!
