It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that I announce the passing of my mother, Ruth Offen on May 26th 2026 at the age of 73. She died peacefully with the people she loved. Ruth was a beloved mother, wife and friend to many people. She was a force of nature to be reckonedOkumaya devam et “A life well lived.”
